Since its opening in 1924, Seattle’s luxurious Fairmont Olympic Hotel has been the gathering destination for myriad cultural icons, statespersons, and presidents. As part of its lavish 2021 restoration, Sweeney Co. curated works from local artists and galleries- from complex kinetic sculptures to bold paintings of simple shapes in hues of the Pacific Northwest- to complement the hotel’s singular blend of historical heritage and modern sensibility.
