Nancy Sweeney
principal
Nancy has been an advocate for the arts for the past 25 years. Throughout her career as an art advisor, Nancy has worked for an international fine art gallery in Paris; developed corporate art programs in San Francisco; served on the Art in Public Places board in Vail; and developed numerous private art collections. Most recently, her focus has been on the Hospitality Industry, designing and implementing art programs for five-star luxury properties. This experience has resulted in several award-winning projects executed on both national and international levels. Nancy is actively involved in every project and curates customized art programs addressing individual client needs.
Gemma Mendoza
director of operations
A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Ethnic Studies; Gemma joined Sweeney Co. as a Business and Project Manager in 2016. With over six years of experience in the field, Gemma has successfully lead several projects to completion. Her organizational skills contribute to the operations of each project including financial planning, contract development, and client relations. Gemma is accomplished at Photoshop, InDesign, and CAD and will be engaged from beginning to end.
Terese Coco

Terese Coco has been a professional in the arts since graduating from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Fine Art major and a Business Management minor. She brings over a decade of experience and established connections with a multitude of artists and galleries. Throughout her career, Terese has procured and curated exceptional fine art collections for projects in hospitality, executive offices, healthcare and residences. She utilizes PhotoShop and InDesign to demonstrate beautiful art programs customized for the uniqueness of each individual project. Terese has a passion for bolstering creativity and building lasting art collections.
Jackie Meade
marketing director
Prior to starting her career in the arts Jackie earned a Master of Art History degree from Montana State University. Her experience teaching university-level art history courses and interviewing artists about their philosophy, practice, and process for various publications helps her convey artistic innovations and ideas to clients while highlighting their brand narrative. Jackie creates unique, timeless art collections and installations by applying a visual narrative learned during her time working for the Pulitzer Arts Foundation Museum.
Andrew Zdechlik

Andrew joined Sweeney Co. Art Advisors as a Project Manager in 2023. With a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from Grinnell College, Andrew’s unique interdisciplinary approach to art advising bridges the gap between science and art. Andrew’s professional experience as an architectural designer and an interior design consultant fostered his ability to thoughtfully utilize different forms and materials with aesthetically appealing results. Growing up in the Colorado mountains and traveling internationally instilled in him a deep admiration for the global influences in art and site-specific design and art selection. Andrew specializes in facilitating connections between art, the surrounding environment, and the human experience.

Dana joined Sweeney Co. Art Advisors as Project Manager in 2025, bringing with her a diverse and dynamic background in the art world. Her experience spans e-commerce platforms, private collections, top-tier museums, and art advisory firms. This background has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a refined eye for curating meaningful visual narratives. As a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia University in New York, she blends years of studies with a deep industry knowledge to thoughtfully shape luxury environments around the globe. She is passionate about integrating art that not only transforms spaces but also reflects and uplifts the local cultures and stories.
Katya Ogden-Lord

Katya joined Sweeney Co. Art Advisors in 2025, bringing a diverse background shaped by her degrees in Art History and French from Colorado College. Before joining the team, Katya gained valuable experience working in various galleries and curated art spaces, which has provided her with a strong foundation to contribute to the seamless execution of projects. Her passion for the arts was fostered by childhood growing up in both Washington D.C. and France. She brings enthusiasm to the development of artistic and inspiring spaces.
